Customer Satisfaction Reaches All-Time High

One of our main goals each year is to serve every customer’s needs to the best of our ability. We were pleased to see our 2010 customer survey reflect such favorable results. Ratings reached a record 97 percent in overall satisfaction with our products and services, and exceeded 90 percent across many key categories, including hardware, software, order fulfillment, sales staff, and culture and values.

Our customers continued to embrace our Evolution® platform, with over 330 networks now operating on the product line. We want to thank all our loyal customers for allowing us to work with you and achieve mutual success. We promise we will strive to get even higher marks in 2011.
